Marine Electric LLC. Effective date: 9 October 2026.
These terms describe the Marine Electric LLC website form, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages, and Stripe pay links. Marine Electric LLC is a marine electrical, electronics, and systems service business.
Asking for work
Sending the intake form, or sending a message, asks the team to follow up. That request does not set a price, reserve a date, or start the job. A price or a date in a chat message is part of that conversation. The charge, when there is one, is a Stripe pay link or another written invoice from Marine Electric.
Payment
The intake form does not take a card. When there is an invoice, the pay link opens a page Stripe hosts, and you pay there. Do not put card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers in the form or in a message.
Messages
A person on the team may write a Messenger reply. When the automated assistant is turned on, a reply may be drafted from the message you sent. A person on the team can read the thread and answer.
Safety
If you see smoke, sparks, or flooding, get to safety. Then contact local emergency services. The form and the chat do not troubleshoot a live electrical fault.
Privacy
The privacy policy describes what information these systems store.
Changes
If this page changes, the effective date above changes with it.
