Marine Electric LLC. Effective date: 9 October 2026.
Marine Electric LLC is a marine electrical, electronics, and systems service business. This page describes the information these systems collect. It covers only the practices in the software that runs the intake form, Facebook and Instagram messages, and invoices.
Website intake form
The intake form posts to the Supabase edge function named lead-intake. A submission can include:
- Your name.
- An email address, a phone number, or both.
- What you are asking about, plus optional boat and location details.
- The page address you submitted from, the referring page, and the browser user agent.
- Campaign attribution when the request carries it:
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_content,utm_term,fbclid,gclid,campaign_id, andad_id.
If the form includes a deposit choice, the team stores that choice as an intention. The form does not charge a card.
The connecting IP address is hashed. The hash limits repeat submissions. When lead-intake has a Cloudflare Turnstile secret, the function sends a Turnstile token and that IP address to Cloudflare. Cloudflare checks that the submission came from the form.
A hidden field named company_website is ignored. It exists to drop automated posts.
The same function can store a lead the team posts from another channel, such as email, phone, or Facebook. Those posts carry the same kinds of contact and job details.
Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram
The edge function fb-messenger-webhook receives messages for the Marine Electric Facebook Page and Instagram account. From a message, the team stores the sender id Meta assigns for that Page. The team also stores the message text, attachments, and the time. When a profile lookup runs, the team stores the first and last name on the Facebook profile.
When the automated assistant is enabled, the message text is sent to OpenRouter. OpenRouter drafts a reply. A person on the team can read the conversation. Instagram messages are stored. The assistant reply path in this function is for Facebook Messenger.
If Meta delivers a Facebook lead form to that webhook, the team stores the form id, ad id, and campaign id. The team then reads the form answers and passes them into lead-intake. Those answers are the name, email, phone, and the boat or job details on the form.
Invoices and payments
Invoices are created in Stripe. Stripe receives the customer name and email needed to open the invoice. The pay link is a page Stripe hosts. Card numbers are entered on that page, not on the intake form. Stripe notifies the stripe-webhook function about invoice and payment events.
Hosting
The team hosts the website files on Vercel. The team stores form submissions and messages in Supabase.
What the team uses it for
The team uses this information to reply about the work you asked about. The team keeps a record of the request. The team sends an invoice when there is one. Campaign labels tell the team which page or advertisement the request came from. These systems do not sell your contact details.
Asking about your information
Email tim@marineelectric.biz or jannas@marineelectric.biz to ask what the team holds, to correct it, or to ask the team to delete it. In the message, name the channel. The channel can be the website form, a Messenger or Instagram conversation, a Facebook lead form, or a Stripe invoice.
